OIPOA Membership

To become a member of the Ocean Isle Property Owner Association, you must own property on the Island (any properties off island are ineligible for membership).

Every year membership forms will be sent out to all eligible for membership, this is 100% voluntary. For $40.00 a year you receive 2 discount cards (additional cards are provided at a cost of $5.00) for participating local businesses.

Membership fees go to support of all donation done by OIPOA and all events!
