The OIPOA Annual Christmas Parade is almost here!


We have some new additions and have kept with our annual traditions. Here are all the details, please share with your family and neighbors. We can't wait to see all the festively decorated entries!

DETAILS-> The parade is Saturday, Nov 25th. Line-up by 1:15pm, Trophies awarded by 1:50pm, Parade starts at 2:00pm. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies awarded for Walkers, Bicycles, Golf Carts, & Floats/Vehicles. For our Business/Nonprofit participants we are combining your category and awarding an impressive 1st Place and Runner-up trophy!

ENTRY FEE-> Our Christmas Parade has never required an entry fee; but this year we are encouraging participants to contribute to the OIB Flotilla Toy Drive. Just bring your new unwrapped toy(s) with you to your designated parade line-up "entrance" where we will have collection locations in the staging area.

LINE-UP ENTRANCES-> See map and find your entry's designated line-up entrance and staging location.
ROUTE-> Parade starts at Causeway Drive & W 2nd Street, travels southeast through the roundabout then 1-mile down E 1st Street to Leland Street. THIS IS A GREAT VIEWING LOCATION.


CANDY/GOODIES-> There is NO throwing of anything from parade participants. This ensures the safety of our spectators and our parade participants. We are excited to host special guests in our parade and want to continue to do so, therefore it is very important that we look out for the safety of all attending and participating. Candy and goodies can be handed out and we encourage you to do so!
